What are your delivery times?
We deliver to you
six days a week Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. Our delivery
hours are between 9am to 5pm.
What's the minimum order to receive free delivery?
We provide free delivery with orders of more than SGD$50.00. With the wide variety of products, it shouldn’t be too hard to qualify for a free delivery.
What is the delivery fee?
For orders not more than SGD$50.00, a delivery fee of SGD$10.00 will be imposed. Any changes in the delivery address or date or time of delivery after the submission of your order may incur an administrative charge of S$10.00.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
We understand that we live in the light of a new day and an unimaginable and unpredictable future in certain circumstances that may change our daily plans. However, if you are not present for your delivery slot, it has an impact on our resources and costs, which in turn means that we are unable to serve you and your fellow customers to the best of our ability.
If an order is cancelled, or if no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slot, Wing Soon reserves the right to charge a re-delivery or cancellation fee of S$10.00. Wing Soon reserves the right to deny future service to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries. Alternatively, you may click the option of “Unattended Delivery” during the submission of your orders.
What if I want to give an Authority To Leave (ATL) for my delivery to my doorstep/security guard/concierge?
For requests that meet this criteria, you can click the option of “Unattended Delivery”. You may send an email to sales@wingsoon.com, WhatsApp us on 9736 4111 or call us at 6443 2119 to give an Authority To Leave (ATL) at your doorstep/security guard/ concierge.
Please note that this ATL means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorized personnel. Wing Soon will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.
